Overall, I'm really happy with my 800 series fridge. The size is perfect and I really appreciate the middle drawer for housing my veggies and fruits. Everything continues to function well from the day we first we got it. The one catch though is the recessed door handles. They're a neat idea and I like the sleekness to them, however, the recessed handles are a magnet for dust and grim. Food particles can easily fall into the middle drawer handle and it's near impossible to clean them out. There is a touch screen in the middle drawer recess for selecting the enviroment for the drawer that creates a seam and this seam makes it near impossible to clean anything residual grim that gets in between. Despite this one caveat, this fridge is great and very reliable.

Our Bosch refrigerator counter size has been the best refrigerator we have ever purchased. The effectiveness of being able to control the temperature in all three areas is fantastic. Never once have we had issues with ice cubes and love the size that it makes the water dispenser is inside and works perfectly. The outside is a nice clean look and love the stainless steel.

Temperatures are consistent throughout the entire unit. Fast freeze and chill work as designed. Ice maker production is awesome. Drawer environment controls work as designed. Connectivity to network is seamless but there is one issue. Door return cams could be stronger to fully close the doors. This presents a problem because if the constant online notifications. A little extra time on the freezer alarm would also be an improvement. Relating to the freezer, the ice bin should ha e an inward kick to the upper edge of the bin to inhibit rogue ice cubes from inhabiting the freezer floor.

This counter depth refrigerator is excelently designed to maximize storage. The drawers, shelves and racks allow extra items to be stored. Instead of obtaining ice cubes and water externally, the refrigerator has all of this inside available inside the appliance. The inside is bright and well lit. There are drawer and compartment temperature settings and the device can be controlled via Wi-Fi.

Love this refrigerator. The build is a step up from LG and Samsung while not be substantially more expensive, if at all. The dual compressors are a game changer. The only thing that keeps this from being perfect is the drawer in the main refrigerator is too large for the material it is made from. I get they want to make it lighter, but if feels cheap. What would be better is firmer materials or have two drawers side by side the width of the doors so you only have to open one. The other thing that I miss is having an automatic water pitcher. An automatic pitcher is better to fill large coffee reservoirs than holding the door open a long time. One could easily be located in the shelf behind the left side door with a trigger.

I was a owner of a subzero refrigerator that I had for over 20 years. When it ran through its compressor, I decided upon buying this Bosch refrigerator as I had recently installed a Bosch dishwasher. I cant tell you how much my family likes this appliance. the design, the efficiency and the food preservation quality is excellent. the fresh fruits and vegetables last longer, stay fresher and the looks are admirable too. It is quiet and super efficient. I was contemplating many other brands but made the right decision in the end.

We really researched and debated before purchasing this refridgerator. We have had a Bosch dishwasher for years and it is the best. We couldn't be happier - with the quality, features and striking look. The dual compressors were a large factor. The stainless back in the fridge, adjustable shelves, and room in the doors make this easy to clean and load. I was skeptical that the VitaFresh drawer would actually keep my veggies fresh longer, but it does. We consume a lot of fresh vegetables and I was tired of reaching into the crisper and finding them way past prime in a few days. By storing them in the drawer and setting to veg, they are staying fresh way longer I was also worried about not having enough storage space since this is counter depth, but that hasn't been a problem. Without an ice maker taking up room in the fridge, there is more than enough room. Satisfied customer here.

It took me a couple of weeks to become accustomed to this refrigerator...stuff went into different places when compared to the refrigerator it replaced. Once I got past my habits, I fell in love with our new Bosch 800. I enjoy the three different storage areas in freezer. I love the ice maker. It exceeds our family's expectations! The ice is solid with no wetness on the cubes exterior, so the ice cubes remain as individual cubes and do not freeze together.
I love that I can select the temperature of the section independently of the freezer. I love I can select the temperature of each storage area.
The door storage areas are larger than any refrigerator door storage areas I have ever experienced. I enjoy the cold drinking water value being located inside the the main refrigerator.
The only negative aspect of this refrigerator is the pull-out container. It is flimsy. Because it is flimsy, it is difficult to pull out and push back into place. And, in order to pull it out, I am required to open both of the refrigerator's doors which causes the interior temperature to increase.
Overall, I rate this refrigerator 96.
I have recommended the Bosch 800 to two friends

Love this fridge! First time with a separate drawer for veggies/fruit (or you can use as a another freezer) and I love the convenience. The inside is bright and the freezer has three drawers in it for organization. I can control components from my phone on the app. The water dispenser is inside the fridge and the icemaker in the drawer, so no water on the floor and the outside of the fridge looks clean. Love this fridge!

We've been eyeing a French door style refrigerator for some time, but our Bosch side-by-side had been pretty much trouble free with only one minor issue a couple years ago. Then, a Bosch rare event, the compressor was occasionally ignoring the control circuit. The same day, we purchased the 800 series French four door refrigerator. Except for an occasional drop of ice in the bottom freezer, the unit is whisper quiet. Doors and drawers all have a solid feel to them when opening and closing. Compartment temperature is accurately maintained. Once organized, including the Vita Fresh drawer, everything is easily located thanks to the interior configuration flexibility. Our only issues that don't change our overall rating: the bottom drawer could use another divider and the bottom plastic drawer in the main refrigerator compartment could use reinforcing. The tendency is to grip the middle of the drawer with one hand, but doing so flexes the drawer front panel more than we're comfortable with. Regardless, this Bosch is highly recommended!!

My Bosch 800 is definitely the best fridge I've ever owned. It looks very industrial with clean lines/design and has no logo on the front which makes it look extra sleek. The separate drawer configured to hold vegetables and fruits works better than any other system I've seen -- my produce lasts weeks longer than it used to in my old fridge. The dual compressors/evaporators keep every section of fridge/freezer the exact temperature you set for that section (I've tested with a temp sensor). The only negative things I can say about it aren't a big deal -- the water dispenser outputs water at a slightly inconvenient angle, especially for larger bottles, and the compressors make a bit of a rattle sound when running. Truly a top-of-the-line fridge and worth the extra cost; should keep running fine for a decade at least.

The counter depth refrigerator has a remarkable unit of storage. It is well laid out and the extra drawer means we do not have to open and close the French doors constantly when we just want our fruits and veggies. The ice maker tray is very large and I love the small cubes. I thought I would miss water on the door front, but I don't at all. The water inside comes out quickly so the door is not open for too long while filling a glass.

This fridge is on the high-end of the mid-tier market in cost, but fuctions like high-tier models. It is quiet, quieter than a small desk fan. Even the ice going into the maker is quieter than other fridges, and that's the loudest noise this fridge makes.
The precision the fridge keeps the set temps at is remarkable, how long fresh fruits stay edible thanks to the Ethlyene scrubber included and temp controls. The flexibility of shelves in the fridge makes it able to accomated almost anything.
There are a few considerations however. First, this is coutner-depth, so the storage space may seem "smaller", and the freezer is more of a working freezer than a storage freezer. Having a second storage freezer if you have more than two people is recommended. Lastly, the water dispenser has no drip tray and instead just drips right onto the glass below, requiring you either wipe up after it or ignore it and let water deposits form.

This was the largest capacity refrigerator I could find with a depth of only 24". The recessed handels, bottom freezer and storage drawer made the choice an easy one.

We have had Frigidaire, Samsung, Whirlpool, and GE. All of them had poor temperature management and terrible ice makers. Every one one of them would stop working. We call for service and before they could get to us the start up again. Ice makers would need repairs about every year. My son bought this Model Bosch several years ago and loves it. So we decided to give it a try. We love it. Ice maker out performs anything out there. Temps in freezer and refrigerator always steady and true.

We replaced a similarly sized refrigerator, but find the layout of this refrigerator makes much better use of spce for us - we use a lot of produce and having the middle drawer dedicated to produce is excellent for controlling sprawl - and it seems to keep our produce in better shape for longer. The freezer also has a great layout with multiple drawers and layers so you can pile things vertically while still being accessible. The refrigerator cools things evenly, is easy to clean, looks great, all around a top notch refrigerator.

We've only owned our frig for a bit longer than one month, and we already love it. We replaced a high end Jenn Air frig.
While the same size, this frig holds so much more. The middle drawer is extraordinary and truly makes a difference with produce/fruit. The freezer is huge. Two compressors; need not say anything more. Truly, overall, our frig always feels empty.
We highly recommend. PS: We also own a Bosch dishwasher, which is our second and best we ever owned.

Within five months the refrigerator stopped working. After four visits, they couldn't diagnose it or even fix it. Problem with the power module to the compressor. They have total disregard of the importance of being without a Refrigerator. Their customer service is rude and they hung up me because I was refusing to accept a 3 week wait time for the replacement that had been authorized and refused to connect me to a manager. I purchased it from Costco and Costco seems to not be helpful either... the interesting part is that these Refrigerator were built last year 2025, already not available on the Costco website and the Bosch's website. Was Costco selling defective appliance for the benefit of Bosch?

Fridge worked for a year then just stopped. When unplugged overnight it would work for a month. Spent hours on the phone with insurance trying different things, had it repaired, it worked for 6 months then freezer went out. Meanwhile the inexpensive fridge in the garage has been a rock. The Bosch fridge was spposed to last longer than most its more This was by far the most expensive and the least lasting fridge we've purchased and don't have the time to spend navigating repair hoops and losing food. We're going to buy another less expensive fridge from another manufacturer. (the two repairs would buy a new fridge so we'll buy a new fridge)

We recently purchased the Bosch 800 Series counter depth refrigerator and couldn't be happier with it. From the moment it was installed, the fit was seamless - it sits flush with our cabinetry and looks like it was built into the kitchen.
The organization inside is excellent. The shelving is well thought out, with adjustable layouts that make it easy to accommodate everything from tall bottles to everyday leftovers. Absolutely love our new Bosch French Door fridge! Just discovered a new mystery shelf in the freezer compartment the other day! And yes, the "veggie" storage compartment really does work. So happy we invested in this refrigerator, not only is it a workhorse, it looks great doing its job!

Was pleasantly surprised how much room is in this fridge . I used to have a sub zero and this seems roomier than that . Love the drawer , although my water dispenser is somewhat noisy . I hope it lasts as long as the sub zero, which is 20 years old

The Bosch 800 Series French Door Refrigerator has been a substantial upgrade from my previous fridge. The overall build quality feels excellent, and the design is very sleek and modern. One of my favorite features is the clean handle-less look - it gives the kitchen a much more streamlined appearance without bulky handles sticking out everywhere.
The middle drawer has also been more useful than I expected and works great for keeping fruits and vegetables organized and easy to access. Overall, it feels like a premium appliance that not only looks better but also functions better day to day. Very happy with the purchase.
